This research aims to explore the influence of knowledge sharing and competency on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Bangkalan through organizationalcommitment. In this case, knowledge sharing and competence are considered important in creating good performance in a school. This research uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire which is used to collect data with a sample of 73 respondents obtained using the Slovin formula. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research results show that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, as well as on competence. Apart from that, knowledge sharing positively and significantly influences teacher performance through individual innovation capability and competence also positively and significantly influences teacher performance through individual innovation capability. These findings show that there is a mutually influencing relationship between knowledge sharing, competence, individual innovation capability, and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Bangkalan.
