Ease of access to needs and desires has led to The emergence of consumer behavior in society in this modern era. By Therefore, financial knowledge is the key make daily financial or business decisions. Financial knowledge (financial knowledge) can improve the quality of life through taking better decision. However, previous research results show mixed results related to the relationship between financial knowledge, locus of control, and finances management behavior. Therefore, this research aims to explain The moderating role of locus of control on the relationship between financial knowledge towards financial management behavior using research methods quantitative with primary data. The population of this research is TikTok customers Shop in Surabaya City, because the number is unknown and unlimited, So this research uses where the number of samples is the same as the number indicators multiplied by 5 to 10 parameters are estimated as sample determination. The data in this study was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS), with outer model testing, inner model testing, and testing hypothesis. The results of this research show that: (1) Financial knowledge significant positive effect on financial management behavior, (2) Locus of Control is unable to moderate the relationship between financial knowledge and financial management behavior, (3) Locus of Control has a positive influence significant impact on financial management behavior.
