This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on employee performance at PT POS Indonesia Bangkalan Branch. The number of respondents in this study were 50 people who were employees of PT POS Indonesia Bangkalan Branch. The data source used in this study is primary data with the method of distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is using partial least square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT POS Indonesia Bangkalan branch, employee performance has an insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT POS Indonesia Bangkalan Branch.
