This research aims to identify and analyze the determining factors that affect citizens' satisfaction with the service of the Feeder Wira-wiri Suroboyo. The feeder service is part of the government's efforts to improve the quality of public transport and reduce congestion. The Quantitative research methodology of explanatory analysis involves the collection of primary data through questionnaire surveys distributed to users of the Feeder Wira-wiri Suroboyo service. Data analysis is carried out using descriptive statistical methods combined with validity and reliability tests to identify key factors that contribute to user satisfaction. The results show that technology information, the quality of servicem, and easy user experience are factors that significantly affect citizen satisfaction. The findings provide valuable insights for service providers and governments in their efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of public transport services in Surabaya. By understanding these determining factors, strategic steps are expected to be taken to increase user satisfaction and encourage more citizens to switch to public transport.
