Strategi Social Media Marketing Akun TikTok dan Instagram Bakso Mas Roy



The large number of social media users and the various features offered make business people use it for marketing activities. This research aims to find out the Social Media Marketing strategy for Bakso Mas Roy's TikTok and Instagram accounts, which have recently gone viral because of their interesting content. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research was analyzed using the POAC concept and The Circular Model of SoMe. The research results show that Social Media Marketing is carried out through Viral Marketing content on social media TikTok and Instagram. The resulting content has also penetrated the FYP market and got a high number of engagements, such as the number of followers, likes, comments, viewers, bookmarks, and so on. Bakso Mas Roy also involves all its employees in creating content through their social media accounts. The features used for Social Media Marketing on TikTok are the video, stitch comment, and live streaming features. Meanwhile, the features most frequently used by Content Creators are the Reels, Story, and Collaborator features. Bakso Mas Roy not only follows existing trends but also creates new trends that have gone viral on social media and received high engagement.
