Uji Efikasi Formulasi Granular dari Kombinasi Agensia Hayati Trichoderma sp. dan Ekstrak Daun Bandotan dalam Menekan Jamur Patogen Sclerotium rolfsii pada Bibit Tanaman Porang (Amorphophallus oncophyllus)
Porang (Amorphophallus oncophyllus) is one of tuber plants group that contain glucomannan which has many benefits in various industrial fields, therefore A. oncophyllus has a quite high selling value. One of the problems in A. oncophyllus cultivation is collar rot disease caused by Sclerotium rolfsii. This study aims to determine the ability of combination control of Trichoderma sp. and bandotan leaf extract in granular formulation towards S. rolfsii. The method used in this study were in vitro test and in vivo test. The in vitro test used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) combination of Trichoderma sp. and bandotan leaf extract, consist of 4 levels; 0% (TB0), 5% (TB5), 10% (TB10), and 15% (TB15). The in vivo test used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) 2 factors. The first factor is concentration of rice flour, consist of 4 levels; 0% (B1), 25% (B2), 50% (B3), and 75% (B4). The second factor is granular storage time, consist of 3 levels; 0 week (M1), 3 weeks (M2), and 5 weeks (M3). The results showed that the granular combination of Trichoderma sp. and 10% bandotan leaf extract was able to control S. rolfsii infection by 64,25%, simultaneously stimulate the height growth of porang. The combination treatment of Trichoderma sp. and 10% bandotan leaf extract with addition of 25% rice flour and 0-3 weeks granular storage time gave the best result on porang.
