Local corn farming is one source of income for farmers, but the income is still low so strategies are needed to increase local corn farming income. This research aims to analyze the social, cultural, economic and political aspects of local corn farming, analyze the amount of farmers' income, and formulate strategies for increasing local corn farming income in Tanjung Bumi District, Bangkalan Regency. The first objective was analyzed descriptively qualitatively, the second objective was analyzed using income analysis, the third objective was analyzed using SWOT and QSPM analysis. The results of the research show that 1) Cultural and economic aspects in local corn farming have an important role, namely continuing to cultivate local corn because of farmers' habits of consuming corn. Economic aspects, local corn also provides benefits because it has high economic value and local corn is used for food security.2) in one harvest of local corn with an average land area of 0.47 Ha, it can produce an average local corn production of 1,262 kilograms with an average farmer income of IDR 5,122,100. 3) The prioritized strategy is quality seeds and agro-climate compatibility to maximize production in order to provide profits.
