ANALISIS KONTEN INSTAGRAM @SEHATAQUA SEBAGAI STRATEGI SOCIAL MEDIA DALAM MENANGGULANGI ISU BOIKOT AFILIASI ISRAEL
The conflict involving Israel's attacks on Palestine has now become a global issue, involving many parties. One of the impacts of this conflict is also felt by AQUA, which is currently facing a boycott issue due to its affiliation with Israel through Danone, the majority shareholder of AQUA. This research aims to understand the content of the Instagram account @Sehataqua as a social media strategy to address the boycott issue related to its affiliation with Israel. The study uses a qualitative content analysis method supported by the integrated issue management theory by Taylor, Vasquez, & Doorley and the concept of social media for public relations developed by Amy Reitz. The results of the research show that AQUA, through its Instagram posts, employs a social media strategy to mitigate the boycott issue related to its affiliation with Israel. This is done by making posts in categories such as maintaining the company's identity, monitoring public interests, conducting CSR activities, executing corporate social campaigns, and creating giveaway content to enhance brand engagement.
