Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN)” is a program in the implementation of public services which aims to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality of services to the community and bring services closer to the community. This program is based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 4 of 2010 concerning Guidelines for Integrated District Administration Services which focuses on making sub-districts the center of community services in the sub-district. Sub-districts have a very strategic role as the spearhead of services and a barometer of the performance of public service delivery. In Bojonegoro District, even though it has received a very good award in the assessment of the spatial planning of integrated sub-district administrative services carried out by the Bojonegoro Regency Government, there are still challenges in improving the quality of services. This research aims to find out, describe and analyze how the “Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN)” program is implemented at the Bojonegoro District Office, Bojonegoro Regency. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses an analysis of the policy implementation model according to George C. Edward III which contains four variables, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The research results show that the implementation of the “Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN)” at the Bojonegoro District Office, Bojonegoro Regency has been successful but is less than optimal because of the four variables there is still one variable, namely the resource variable, which has not run optimally.
