Faktor Sukses E-Government Dalam Pelayanan Perizinan Melalui Surabaya Single Window (SSW) Alfa Di Kota Surabaya
There are several obstacles and challenges in the implementation of E-Government in Indonesia, namely conflicts in the field of regulations and guidelines for the implementation of local government websites, limited facilities, lack of human resources and uneven understanding from the public regarding the implementation and use of E-Government in Indonesia. One of the district and city governments that has successfully resolved this challenge is the Surabaya City Government which strives to continue to provide better services for the community in terms of licensing by launching an application called Surabaya Single Window (SSW) Alfa. The purpose of this research is to explain and analyze E-Government Success Factors in Licensing Services through Surabaya Single Window (SSW) Alfa in Surabaya City. The research method used is a qualitative case study method written descriptively using J. Ramon Gil-Garcia's E-Government Success Factors (2012). Data collection is done through interviews with key informants, observation, and documentation. The results obtained in this study are 1) Realization of Data and Information Factors, 2) The realization of technology-related factors, the realization of organizational factors, 4) The Realization of Institutional Factors, 5) ) The Realization of Contextual Factors, but the Communication and Informatics Office of Surabaya City is experiencing constraints on the limited number of ICT Human Resources, but at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Surabaya City for now Human Resources are adequate but because DPMPTSP Surabaya City held an additional Public Service Mall (MPP) so that with the addition of the place there should also be an increase in Human Resources
