The problems that occur in Indonesia until now have not been resolved related to employment. The large number of job seekers who are not proportional to the number of jobs available makes unemployment increase. This study aims to analyze the independent variables including economic growth, domestic investment, and minimum wage on employment in Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods with time series data over a period of 15 years, starting from 2007 to 2021. The method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that economic growth and minimum wage variables affect employment in Sidoarjo Regency, while domestic investment variables have no effect on employment in Sidoarjo Regency.
