Analisis Daya Saing Ekspor Garmen Indonesia ke Pasar Korea Selatan.



Garment is one of the leading products of the textile product industry, which is one of the leading industries in Indonesia. This study aims to look at the condition of the competitiveness of Indonesia's HS 62 (Clothing and Clothing Accessories) processed garment exports to South Korea where the tight garment competition in the world is a challenge for Indonesia's comparative advantage and competitive advantage. The method used by this research is divided into two which are to see the comparative advantage using the calculation of Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and Acceleration Ratio (AR) and competitive advantage using the calculation of the Index of Trade Specialization (ISP) and Export Product Dynamic (EPD). The variables used in this study are HS 62 garment exports of Indonesia, Vietnam, and the world to South Korea, exports of all commodities of Indonesia, Vietnam, and the world to South Korea, HS 62 garment imports of Indonesia and Vietnam from South Korea, South Korean garment imports with the research year 2013-2022. The results of this study indicate that Indonesia's HS 62 garments are still unable to capture the global market due to the tight competition in the garment industry and this commodity is still in a retreat position where the product is no longer desired by the market.
