Traffic-related problems occur in all regions in Indonesia, including Si-doarjo Regency. Based on data from the Sidoarjo Police Traffic Unit, in 2022 there will be 42,373 cases of traffic violations with 3,414 cases of violations in-volving students. Knowledge about traffic needs to be instilled from an early age, therefore the Sidoarjo Police, through the Sidoarjo Police Traffic Unit, carry out active community service activities. Police Goes To School by carrying out out-reach regarding traffic awareness to students in Sidoarjo Regency. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Police Goes To School program in in-creasing traffic awareness among students in Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used to carry out the research is qualitative using data collection tech-niques through interviews, observation and documentation. The theory used is Kreitner and Kinicki's (2014) effectiveness theory with a research focus consist-ing of goal achievement, resource acquisition, internal processes and Strategic Constituency Satisfaction. The research results show that the police goes to school program has met the effectiveness criteria. However, an evaluation pro-cess is still needed to improve program implementation optimally.
